EDUCACIÓN Y MINORÍAS SOCIOCULTURALES Y LINGÜÍSTICAS EN EL PERÚ.

El presente trabajo tiene por finalidad explicar el divorcio existente entre la realidad sociocultural y lingüística peruana con la política social y cultural emprendida por el Estado Nacional, así vemos que en cuanto al tema de la Educación, se ha diseñado y se sigue operando un único modelo educativo y lingüístico contraviniendo preceptos constitucionales. Producto de este divorcio es que fenómenos sociales como la discriminación, la exclusión social y la pobreza endémica van incrementando sus niveles porcentuales, sin que el Estado se decida a aplicar con criterios técnicos y pedagógicos una reforma a la currícula escolar peruana poniendo en práctica una educación bilingüe intercultural.
The present work has for purpose to explain the existent divorce between the socio cultural reality and Peruvian linguistics with the social and cultural politics undertaken by the National State, we see this way that as for the topic of the Education, it has been designed and it is continued operating an only educational and linguistic model contravening constitutional precepts. Product of this divorce is that social phenomenon as the discrimination, the social exclusion and the endemic poverty go increasing their percentage levels, without the State decides to apply with technical and pedagogic approaches a reformation to the Peruvian school system, putting into practice an education bilingual intercultural. .
