EL TURISMO CULTURAL Y EL PATRIMONIO EN EL MARCO DEL  DESARROLLO SUSTENTABLE.

Resumen:

El patrimonio puede ser considerado como todo aquello que el hombre posee y que le ha sido legado por sus antepasados. Toda esta riqueza tiene suma importancia para el desarrollo del turismo. Pero así como el patrimonio permite el desarrollo del turismo también puede verse afectado negativamente por esta actividad. Por lo tanto es necesario que se plantee un desarrollo sustentable del turismo; un modelo de desarrollo que obtenga beneficios económicos del patrimonio pero que a su vez permita que este se revitalice y revalorice

Abstract:

The patrimony can be considered like everything what the man has and who has been bequeathed him by its ancestors. All this wealth has extreme importance for the development of the tourism. But as well as the patrimony allows the development of the tourism also can be seen negatively affected by this activity. Therefore it is necessary that a sustainable development of the tourism considers; a development model that obtains economic benefits of the patrimony but that it allows that this it is revitalized and it revalues as well
